- damn this one is huge man! shiiiiit! welcome everybody i've been investing in some tackle in a daiwa certate reel which is a super nice reeli havent tried it yet but it's supposed to be daiwas answer to the shimano stella reel series and it's so damn pricyso lets hope it's worth it and i've also been investing in
4play woblers from savage gear and i've bought a whole bag fulland i dont have any big pike lure boxes so i went to the local diy to buy a bucket it was 50cents and now i'm in the workshop and then we'll make a good old fashioned what the hell do you actually call it pike lure dispenser i think for a total cost of 50cents
so lets get to it yeah boy! now that we've drilled our holes you just take your 3kilos of savage gear and put them into the holes holy shit! i don't even know how much money i spend on this shit okay so we've bought three "mike the pike" in the only color that was on sale a classic!
and three pieces of 4play with two different spoons one that will go shallow and one that will go deep and tomorrows destination is probably around 3,5 meters deep so it's nice to be able to get down there then we have some jiggs, that we can cast or fish vertically and then we have these bad boys from westin who are also jigg alike they are actually pretty cool
also in crazy disco colorswe have three of those aswell then we have some swimbait if we go some places with shallow water and lillypads and last but not least, if everything else fails the buttplug from savage gear who is basically a joker if everything fails we've tied a ton of flies aswell and we'll bring our flyrods now we have enough tackle and the sexy bucket
now we just need to unpack this shit and fix the bucket for tomorrow "eff" who's the cameraman today, he's gonna help me and then well need some shuteyebecause we are getting up at 6:30 tomorrow morning so see you guys then very nice! for the audience well, actually a month passed since last time we filmed.. last time we filmed this bucket being made
and a month actually passed since because the lake we were going to fish it's my favorite lake from when i was a childand it has huge pikes but that lake just got buttfucked really hard by algae .. i don't know whyit has always been gin clear and even where it was 4 meters deep you could easily see the bottom but it's totally destroyed now and unfishable but now we've taken this with us
and.. my friend simon arh, simon groth that you have also seen on djursland, where we didn't catch shit yeeeah, never catch shit! and also from skjern river, where he also didn't catch shit hahah so the goal today is actually.. - oh hi!
- it's our neighbors they are super nice we are on a 4 day trip in a little fishing hut and we have.. a nice little living room with panorama view of the lake where we can sit and drink our evening coffee and some rum and a glass of wine and then we can spot when the pikes begin to hunt then they will hunt baitfish on the surface and then you can run out with your rods
and catch nothing hahaha then we also have a little hallway with a lovely little bathroom where the floot is always fucking cold when you need to take a piss in the night then we have - a double bed- yeah - big ass bed- king size super nice. where we can cuddle all night mmh!
and then we have the kitchen - really nice kitchen- yeah you cant even open the window here because it will fall off so it's pretty nasty in there. especially when you are cooking bacon in the morning but is good enough for us yeah it's okay, were here to fish anyway it's better than sleeping at a shelter place - we are the two of us today- yeah
and the weather is really nice today, we dont know about the rest of the trip though it's maybe gonna be pretty bad as usual, simon has brought his outdoor clothes which is a polo and his working jacket and it's always serving me well i'm the one who's the most warm yeah it's gonna be great if it starts raining we are fucked my other buddy simon is joining in tomorrow
simon "eff" who you have also seen in some movies from skjern river we've actually just started a company our own little business him and me and it's about fishing travels but we'll get back to that we'll make a video and talk a lot more about that but now many of you out there have been asking about what gear we use let's start with mine
my rod is a westin w3 it's a 25-80g pole and on here i'm using a daiwa certate with 0,17mm fireline on it i would like to use thicker braid but we didn't have the time to do it i would probably go with atleast 0,20mm braid since it's pretty rough for your fingers to cast with these big baits they are quite heavy that's my setup. and then we have simon's setup
i use this magnificent fishing rod bought in aldi (local supermarked) it's called spinning excellent brand by the way 9â´ long and 7-50g casting weight with a way too big coastal reel and some 0,17mm fireline yeah, that's excellent and the action of this pole is brilliant!
and you guys saw our lures in the beginning of the video and i got them on sale! i still spent a damn fortune on this shit so we better catch something and i really hope that simon will get a.. - a pike- yesss oh yeah by the way to henrik who is always writing where charlie is.we brought him along
he is with us all the time and will keep us company in the boat well i think we are ready are we going fishing now? simon is going to catch his first real fish - uuuh- you cought two rudds? - and a little pearch - so well have to work on that wuuh! one two three

- i will do my best! - there is huge pike out here. and only once we've managed to hook up on one of the big ones a big ass 15-18kg female but we lost it right down here theres sander here, pretty big perch, giant pikes and.. a little eel. not that many though so i think we'll start the fishing where the river runs into the lake and simon will have the first cast uuh

- le cã³ck on our trips - what are we having? - a good mix of four different hams - four types of pork all mixed up - hahah - after that we'll add different types of "bakã©de beans" - and you even sliced the sausage for us? - yeah the sausage has been cut in.. - quarter halfs
- chicken sausage.. pork chicken sausage off course - and you even sliced the meatballs for us as well? - cut out in small meatballs from bigger meatballs - brilliant! - the ham has been chopped into small ham slices - so after you have fried the all the pork - what then? - then we'll add beans.. - "swine beans"
- with "swine aioli" garlic mayonaise - and some strong sauce to add a bit of spice - what beverages will you be serving us to this grand meal - pisang ambon, chocolate milk and vodka - it will give a really nice flavor like.. - a little vanilla - and spices - damn i look forward to it - damn it looks so delicious
- did you even turn on the stove? - when you make meat like this, it's essential to have a bit of crunch - and thats why.. - it has never been seen before - instead of salt and pepper - we will add the spices from the chips - and we'll get some potatos in our dish aswell ... because we're out of potatos - damn that's clever
- well i've paid 250€ for these 9 dishes we are having - and god help me.. luckily we brought a lot of redwine along hahahah - mmmh <3- "nine dishes" - omg my titties!- hahah - now we are all united - and we got ourselves a well served meal.groth's kitchen is the best - i can recommend him- gourmet! - gourmet as it should be!and we had a bunch of redwine aswell
- now we are super tired and heading to bed - and the actual fishing will begin tomorrow - and then we have a couple of days to go nuts and fish - and there is motherfucking huge pike out here - i've fished here a lot as a child and only managed to hook small shitty pikes - but in the guest book, some people are bragging about huge ass crocodiles - really big ones above 100cm in length - so that will be us soon enough! - remember to watch the rest of the trip.it's gonna be epic!
