norderstedt - pearl of the north. but like in every metropolis here are also people who experienced special circumstances and became homeless by that. each of them has his own story to tell: failed relationships, dismissal. just a few reason of which happens to man and woman every second.

klaus is one of them. after he locked himself out of his house four months ago he is forced to live on the streets and to steel and beg to survive. â«well...â» â«ii don't really know how this could happen.â» â«i just wanted to get my newspaper...â» â«but then there was this wind gust...â» â«and the door shut!â»

â«yeah...â» â«that sucks...â» a calamity like none other but for klaus there's no way back. even though he couldn't get home any longer he still went to work at first however he got fired after three days because he appeared at the office without being showered. meanwhile the press took notice of him. the headlines say:

and klaus is forbidden to entry every asylum in the region from fear he would lock out the whole staff. also other hobos shun him since they don't want to loose their cardboard boxes as well. â«how do imagine this?â» â«of course we want to pay him starvation wages and force him to any trashy-job.â»

â«but, where should we send the money?â» â«or the bailiffs when he skips work again?â» â«he don't even has an address!â» despite all criticism klaus keeps a cool head. even in an inconvenient situation like this he still has something to enjoy. â«yes, well recently...â» â«i found a second sock...â» â«for my right foot!â»

â«that was great.â» â«but mostly it don't works out that well.â» â«then i just find a piece of string or something like that.â» â«but soon i've got enough to make me my own socks!â» â«that'd be great!â» the federal office for complaining about tramps, unemployed and retirees of germany doesn't feel responsible for klaus like we heard in an interview with the ceo. â«it can't go on this way!â»

â«always these horrible creatures are crawling in here and want our help!â» â«i mean, didn't they ever heared of economy?â» â«if you don't work you are worthless!â» â«that's how simple life can be! they just have to understand!â» â«do you understand?â» â«this ignorance...â» â«just eats me.â» â«everywhere i go,â» â«the people say i'd be a freeloader!â»

â«what kind of society are we living in?â» â«that's right.â» â«i can't stand those injustices anymore!â» â«you always see it on tv...â» â«tax fraud, cheating, betrayl...â» â«you have to rebel againt this!â» â«the constantly criminality...â» â«that's why i like to support something like this.â» his family avoids him,

his friends are on vacation. klaus doesn't see any escape. the differences between him and the authorities are just too big. â«that's already hard enough...â» â«but that's not even the worst!â» â«after all i don't know how long it will go on, do i?â» â«it could be years or...â» â«if i'm lucky someone allows me to live in his garage or something...â» â«that would help a lot but this uncertainty is really hard...â»

yet today klaus visits his house and reminisces times when he still had a fixed abode. but these memories even make him sadder. â«see? that's where i used to live.â» â«that's the garage,â» â«over there is the window to the kitchen,â» â«and the stairs lead to the basement.â» â«sometimes i wish to go in there,â» â«just to the living room, sit on the couch an watch tv.â» â«i still have the-â»

â«wait..â» â«oh my! the keys!â» â«i just had them in the wrong pocket!â» â«if you excuse me, i have roast meat in the oven.â» â«all right...â» â«trees!â» trees are not just beautiful, they also give all life on this wonderful blue planet that we named the basis for their existence. when the last tree is fallen

mankind will also go down. because without the oxygen produced by the trees even the high civilized....
