wherever there's sunshine, there's cat. and this is where he comes when the weather is no good he's going to turn around now and sit down you see i know my cat back to front i never usually say this in videos, but like comment subscribe? or dislkike un-comment or unsubscribe either way it doesn't bother me so like i've in a previous video, i'm not always going to be posting videos on speakers and bass

if you subscribe for bass only videos, you're probably going to be disappointed and this video today is on this so this is the aloe vera plant and because my other plant failed, i'm going to start again and i'm going to do something with this so we have this one and then there's another one here these are both in need of seperation the only thing though is, i don't have another pot

okay so i think i might actually have a pot outside i wonder if this will be any good creepy crawlies? no creepy crawlies?! you see me ? of course you can see me i'll take this inside might just empty that soil this is the clay pot from outside and i gave it a clean

and it's looking a lot nicer now got rid of that soil that was inside, i'm going to put something fresh in there and let's get to it he's going to start sniffing this now nope there we go we have now i have now filled this with soil so now what i'll do is, i'll get the aloe vera plant and we'll stick it in that i'll stick it in that

so maybe i should do this on the floor maybe i should do this outside hmm, dilemmas i think i'll do it on the floor? i think i'll do it here because i can still clean this so all right anyway i'm going to try to take these out now they seem to be coming out quite easily

i'm going to take off some of this soil and then peel away these layers these layers here and seperate these two still don't want to do it on this countertop but i'm gonna maybe i should do it on the floor yeah i think i'll do it on the floor,, hmm right then so here i am on the floor

and look at those feet, look at those .. i'm going to keep that there and just move the camera to the side a little bit that's a little better, i'll take this out now it should be fairly simple, like i did already and i'm going to do this entire thing crouching. just going to try to take some of this soil off i think we need a tighter shot of this

so we have now we ? i have now separated this these what i want to do is .. maybe peel away some of these layers because we don't need these layers we don't these layers and the plant doesn't need these, i don't think

sometimes i don't think i'm sure you're able to cut this off but i don't want to do that just in case i end up killing the plant because i could imagine that happening so is this as boring for you as it is for me? good! now we're all bored. i still want to try to grow one of these from just a leaf that'd be so cool

so apparently you can grow a aloe using just the roots so if i was to chop this off this off this section off, put it in soil, it would grow which is strange but i like experimenting things, so what i'm going to do is so i've got this from last time and if you haven't seen that video in which i first tried to transplant one of these sometimes it's a bit hit-and-miss let's just say that!

i'm gonna experiment now yeah hopefully this works, if it doesn't .. poor plant i'm going to chop this root system off and then plant this i'll plant this in .... into one of these i'm going to put the root system into this and then we'll see if that grows

and then that, i'll put into one of these as it is if one of these dies, i've still got another one [it won't die] let me grab a knife and i'll chop that where should i chop it from? that should do right? try not to take my thumb off with it take some of these off i wouldn't mind trying to grow one of these leaves as well

i'm not sure if i have that many pots lying around now obviously all this stuff in here is going to come out [i left it inside] and i'll fill that with a bit of this soil actually we're going to put this in there so might need to take a bit out of here first hmm.. bit more ? now i'll pop this into that you know what let me just take a bit more out i want it to sit a little lower

like that i've heard it works and that's from an expert let me do this and i'll be back 4:20 the roots are now in this one this one can go into here maybe i'll instagram the pictures and this one is going to go in to there i should have done this one before that one

might have stuff to put a bit more soil into that not bad at all take a bit from the edges.. okay, now these, shall we see if these grow? they don't look like they're in the best of conditions to be honest i might just try it, i need to get a pot, i need to find something be right back [brb] looks like there's a cat that's come to vidit me let me try to film it

and they're not supposed to go straight up either, they're supposed to sort of go at an angle put this one on this side like so let's see how will these grow shall we right.. so that is that so just to summarize this these are the entire leaves this in here is a root ball from that which i'm told
