ikea deko bad
so i decided to take a little trip to ikea, and my mom and sister and i decided to pickout lots of amazing things and so i have a tv stand, which is so cute! i have a vanity table to do my makeup andmaybe film some get ready with me videos. and a desk, because right now i am currentlyusing a beautiful costco card fold-up table as my desk upstairs and so i needed a littlebit of an up level. my desk at work is west elm, and that's beautiful but i need to up level my space at home. so i'm taking you on the journey with me tomake this loft feel like a home.
so i'm going to attempt to build some ikeafurniture. now, the actual process of getting it herewas a little funny. we took um, 2 cars, and we took my sister'scar which is a kia and we filled it up with a whole bunch of stuff from ikea. and it literally was an i-kia. you know what i mean? alright, wish me luck! i'm diving in. omg.
it's right here. yay! it's beautiful. and--*coughs* ikea is so easy in their marketing, and whenyou get to it: ouch!! ouch! but this is the hardest one to build thati picked out, so that one's over. looks beautiful. and i've got 2 more to build.
okay, now for the second one. i had to change into some pants that werea little looser because my yoga pants were getting a little tight around the skin, onthe floor. so i changed. it's all about comfort, right? ikea comfort while you do this. so, here we go. time to build! yay!!
there it is! look how beautiful it looks. i am so exhausted, let me show you though. this is going to be where the computer goes,and you can't see it right now because it's foggy, but that is the ocean! and there's the tv stand we built! alright, time for the vanity. so, i can't right now because it hurts sobad to hold the phone up, the camera. do you see how red my hands are?
just look. they're so red. they don't even look as red as they feel. i'm so exhausted. you know what, ikea sells you a lot of dreams,and not everyone can have that dream. but i managed to pull this one off. so, let me show you the finished product,hold on. okay, you can see it's dark now. hi!
so here is the dressing table, which i willbe doing some "get ready with me" videos. i've got a nice little drawer for my makeup,and everything i'm going to be doing in there. uh, do you see the red hands now? do you see that? throbbing! yes. alright, you have to work hard for what youwant. okay, so this is here, and i've got the beautifulview of the ocean out there. and then, the desk!
they're different, yet they still go. so this is going to be my workspace, um, hereat home. and then there is the get ready with me. and then there's the tv stand down there. and just to be real with you guys: there is a lot of trash that i have to takeout to the dumpster. so i'm going to go do that. i'm going to end the vlog here because i amso hungry. and i still have to edit this video.
so-- with my little hands. my little fingers. so i'm going to go get a sandwich, maybe somesoup, and call it a night. and i know we're behind, but um, i'm goingto go to mom's house and all of us are going to watch beauty and the beast. we're going to rent it on the apple tv. because i didn't see it in theaters, and so,no spoilers! i'm going to go watch it tonight.
